Lauryl Osborne has over 30 successful years in Human Resources, where she developed a loving heart of service and compassion. Her career began as a Recovery Case Supervisor for an alcoholic treatment center. In this position, Lauryl began the development of her coaching and counseling skills by developing effective treatment plans for her clients. She continued to build upon her coaching skills through positions held at several Fortune 500 companies in banking, automotive, entertainment and homebuilding. Lauryl has the reputation as being very strategic in working with her clients and helps them develop skill sets that cannot only be applied to corporate America but also to their everyday lives. Lauryl successfully transitioned from corporate America to being an integral partner in a start-up non-profit healthcare organization Crenshaw Health Partners as well as worked as a Lifestyle Coach for Black Women for Wellness and Leader for F.E.A.ST (Food-Education-Access-Support-Together). As a Certified Reiki Practitioner and a Certified Life and Relationship Coach, Lauryl specialize working with clients with relationship, mental health issues, cancer and loss. Her Reiki sessions can help ease tension, stress and can help support the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels. As a coach, she speak words to open up the space for change and healing and give clients tools to utilize at home.
